Hello All, I have offer in hand of 27.5 LPA+15% variable from ZS Associates as a BT Solutions delivery consultant and now my current company is ready to retain me by matching the offer & assuring that they will send me onsite to UK in couple of months. Depends on whether they work in-house or in recruiting agency. Usually the TC in recruiting agency is higher because it's commission based aka based on successful hire. In-house recruiters' salary is not based on successful hires. Bonus could be indirectly based on that.
So.. how much?? Lol

I just responded with what I know
Used to work as a recruiter in an agency. Entry level was ard 60k with no commission. If you come in with some experience u can get about 85k with bonus from company performance annually and team bonus from your teams performance. Unfortunately that's has far as I know. I hope this helps
