Bobby Lestor 1 (404) 808-1964 is a great rental realtor. Feel free to contact him directly. He does the full package - find a home, handle minor Renos(for a fee), finds you your first renter etc
Condo area in Morningside/Lenox, close to Midtown for ~250K, 2 bd/2 ba. It’s strangely low because there are renovations being done in the complex that needed years of repairs done. So once that’s taken care of in about 2 years, I’d expect the market value to go higher.
Yeah I was about to ask how you got it that low...
I’m looking right now. Anywhere close to PCM, mainly candler park/ EAV/ grant park. Looking to spend ~550k. Seems reasonable
We have a town home in Grant Park, $430k

Wow, are you single or double income? Starting to realize Atlanta is not as cheap as people think it is...
Upper Westside / Bolton area new construction 3/3 townhouse ~450k
Double so it's not as bad but Atlanta has been getting more and more expensive
Bought 5 years ago, but have a new construction single family home in Edgewood for $410K.
