I had this happen to me! There’s a whole bunch of stuff that connects at the knee, so it could be stemming from your quads, hamstrings, calves. I got a foam roller and one of those beaded massage sticks to try to release tension. Take it easy for a bit and incorporate mobility work into your lower body workouts.
Knees are super tricky so definitely rest. Are you doing your deadlifts with good form? It could be really detrimental to your progress if you're not.
Be careful and cautious when things are hurting! When I first started getting serious about lifting I actually got sessions with a trainer that worked with the gym. Nowhere near as costly as I thought it would be. Was a huge help in how to do things where I wouldn't hurt myself. I would wait and take it slow until it is better.
I've had spurts of random knee pain myself over the years. Whenever they flare up, I try to take it easy on things that exacerbate them and would definitely recommend doing the same. If deadlifts and yoga are causing pain, give it a rest for a little while and focus on upper body or some low-intensity cardio if you can handle it. It's much better to take a few days or weeks off than injure yourself further and be sidelined for months.
See a physical therapist, they can assess what is going on and give your exercises that will help the pain. Also ICE
