I had a similar issue, it totally depends on next org if they really need a resource asap. However you have already received an offer. Email HR, explaining you tried and they are not negotiating np. Explain reasons like project demand, client de boarding or ad-hoc work anything that you can best claim on. Usually they extend DOJ.

What if someone wants to leave in the middle

ask them to hire you on a contract basis for 1 month

I work at a service based MNC and resigned recently. I'm getting married within a week and moving with my partner, and won't be able to serve the notice period. My manager says to serve the full notice period or be labelled absconded. I asked the HR whether I will be labelled as absconded if I agree to buyout the shortfall but they're not replying. What to do.
