I have 6 YOE in. Net+Angular and got an offer from Legato Health Technologies with 20 LPA Fixed, i joined Infor just 11 months ago with 12LPA Fixed and i will get the hike in August. If i resign now i will not get hike and i am a critical resource in the project, i guess Infor might try to retain me by matching offer. What should i do? Should i resign ASAP and not negotiate with Infor . I have all these doubts because Infor is a product based company.
Which is good to join..Publicis sapient or LTI?
Some days it be like that.
How dare you?

My oldest never crawled, walked around 15 months. My youngest was crawling at 9 months, walking at 12 months. They are all different. Unless your pediatrician is concerned, I wouldn’t be concerned (easier said than done, particularly with a first, I know).
My son only ever inch worked, he took his first steps at a year and couple months old
Yes it’s normal
Give her time. Do not worry she will get there. If you want, you can google 9m ASQ questionnaire (one month behind her current age) and assess her, but only use this tool if she was NOT born PREMATURE.
I would see a pediatric occupational therapist for evaluation. It is actually very important for brain development and physical development to have them crawl specifically before standing and walking. They really should not skip crawling. It should be in the right order of learning. You can read a lot of research articles on this topic. Pediatric OTs have this knowledge.
I find many pediatricians don't have the deep knowledge on it and just go by CDC guidelines (which have been pushed to further timelines than historically...I have negative thoughts on that largely due to people relying too much on convenience items like baby swings that don't help facilitate natural development; ditch all the cheating baby gear)
I mostly just want her to move around better. Like gurl you are 10 months why do I have to help you go from a crawling position to sitting up?! Lol. Use your arms!!! 😂
Ours loved to army crawl and did that instead of “real crawling” probably until like 10-11 months. Then she absolutely could have walked at 12 but didn’t because she was imitating the dogs 🙈. Started walking at 14 and was running within a few days.
Kids are weird, sounds like yours is doing just fine! As other commenter said, if your pediatrician isn’t worried, try to not sweat it; she’ll get there!
My kiddos started to crawl and walk at the same time at 12 months. Don't worry! They will and you wont be able to catch up!
If it helps, my baby is 10 1/2 months. He was army crawling for the longest and just started crawling the correct way probably a few weeks ago all of a sudden?
I was confused bc my first started crawling totally normally at 7 months and never went through army crawling. There is a large range of normal!
Your girl should figure it out. If you’re truly concerned, ask the doctor.
It doesn’t sound abnormal. Our one child scooted on their bum to get around, then went straight to walking - never crawled. Our other kiddo never crawled on their knees either, they just “crawled” on all 4s like a dog. They’re both just fine and started walking in the typical developmental window.
My niece started crawling at 6m and walking a week after her first birthday. My first started crawling around 8m and walking at 15m. My second started crawling around 9-10m and will only take 3 or 4 steps now at 15m.
They all have their own timeline
My baby is 11 months and a week and is not crawling. In the last month he has really learned to haul it across a room and can now get from seated to tum and stuff. He still drags his one thigh and tummy on the ground. He’s not pulling to stand or walking. Drs aren’t concerned. Day care is working on standing with him and being on his knees but he’s not very interested.
I have three kids, two of which crawled like your normal progression but my last one never crawled. She sat up and scooted on her butt. She was the fastest scooter!! It was the funniest thing. And then she stood up and walked, and then ran and now she’s 19 and completely normal. So don’t worry.
