My much older male Account Manager constantly is talking over me and cutting me off. I’m in my early 30s and he’s in his mid to late 60s. It’s getting to a point where I don’t want to work with him. I tell him constantly please let me talk and he does for a minute then starts talking over me again. I spoke with my manager and director but they just let it go. Can’t just leave my job as I’ve tried and the market is trash.

No I haven’t. We are pretty independent but our higher ups want us to work together more so now that we have had a few meetings it’s starting to happen more and more.

Do the opposite. Start saying absolutely nothing, even when asked just say “hmm what do you think?” Since you’ve brought this up several times write your thoughts and responses down and email them to those who need them with “I wasn’t really able to get a word in edgewise today, but here’s my thoughts”.

How is this designation. How is the work life balance, growth & internal hike in Schneider Electric . Also, what will be the in hand salary in this CTC. YOE - 6.8, Tech Stack - Salesforce.
