I am concerned with fulfilling billable hours requirement. I’m required to hit 2100 hours yearly and I’m at ~1,500 hours and I think I’ll hit 150-180hours this month. What will happen if I don’t hit my targeted amount by the end of my year.

I’ve been interviewing with Google since July. Passed the first interview but the team I was matched with ended up hiring someone else. Recruiter told me that she will let me know if any other opportunities arise as I’m still in the running and haven’t been rejected. Is it possible to land a financial analyst position with only 6 months of experience in audit? I tried to stick it out w/ B4 but I don’t think I can do it anymore. I’m interested in duties like budgeting/forecasting, but haven’t come across very many entry level positions. I’m mostly seeing entry level jobs that are called “financial analyst” but include duties like JE/reconciliations. I don’t have SQL/Tableau experience either... so not sure if I just need more experience in a diff role first?

I try to hide it from my boyfriend, but its impact is flowing into my personal life.

Currently controller for a $120M PE backed company. Interviewing for a Director of Accounting role for a $1B PE backed company. Would be almost fully remote. Probably around 30-40% salary increase ($40k+). Currently have equity that would cash in upon a change of ownership in about 2 years (likely worth upwards of $200k). Change of industry from restaurant to CPG. Thoughts?
