My notice period is 90 days.
I told one company HR that my notice period is 60 days because most companies don’t accept a 90-day notice nowadays.
So in my current company resignation email, can I mention a tentative last working date and my notice period?

I’ve been unsustainably swamped for months. Partner said they wanted to add an additional, more senior associate to the team on one massive case that went from “stayed” to “on fire” in the span of a month.
