Switch mentors. You need to be able to take this and talk it through with a trusted person. I had a similar issue, they assigned me to someone who gave me bad reviews and was difficult to work with. Obvy he wasn’t much of a mentor. Then to another person who was just an absent mentor. I found someone else I liked and asked to be switched to him.

Ya. Just make other excuses and say that you connect with this new person better. They can’t fault you for that and the other folks can “save face” by not being told that you want to switch bc they suck. Everyone will know of course, but you’ll come out the better person.

Tata Consultancy Infosys Cognizant Wipro I have completed all the technical and HR rounds and salary discussion, documents submission also done. Hello, quick qstn - I'm from Tax and planning to move to another team within the same memberfirm. I am eligible for senior nxt year. So if I move now to another team this year (maybe aug,22) will I be Still eligible for senior in my new team or should I continue to serve 1 more year there for my advancement?
FYI- feedback is all really good in my present team currently.
