Hello, quick qstn - I'm from Tax and planning to move to another team within the same memberfirm. I am eligible for senior nxt year. So if I move now to another team this year (maybe aug,22) will I be Still eligible for senior in my new team or should I continue to serve 1 more year there for my advancement?

I am currently working as Branch Manager (scale-2 officer) in one of the leading public sector banks and have 5 yr experience in core banking. I am having 2.5 years experience in the IT sector on vision plus as a software engineer (before joining the bank). I gave my various rounds of interview in Deloitte USI 2 months ago, and since then till last Friday it was showing " interview in progress" on their job portal, HR said earlier that we are interviewing other candidates. I got an offer from Amazon last week and asked Deloitte recruiter to speed up the process, i didn't get any reply on my email but now it's showing " review in progress" on the job portal. What does it mean? Shall I wait for Deloitte offer or take Amazon's offer.

Hi everyone I am relocating to Hyderabad next month. Even though I look forward to meeting new people I can’t seem to ignore the fact that I will move away from family. My family situation is already complicated, my mom and dad are not on good terms so we don’t live together and when I move it’ll get worse. I am financially independent but I feel guilty for not being there for them. Is there any possibility of getting transferred to Gurgaon office(a lot closer to my home)if I talk to my manager?

If so, can I directly submit that to income tax department while filing the return for claiming refund or should I be disclosing in Deloitte Portal for last FY 2022. Also, I assume 11 months contract doesn't require to be registered with the govt? Please correct me if this is incorrect. Appreciate your suggestions on the above for tax benefit purpose..!!
