My team is split between people who come in every day and people who never show up. It’s starting to feel like two different companies. I like the flexibility, but I also miss when we all just worked in one place and didn’t have to overthink how often we showed up.

Hello, I have a final panel interview coming up for a Strategic Product Consultant role at Procore (Construction SaaS). It’ll be 3 separate interviews, 30 minute each with a Team Lead, a Senior Consultant, and a Customer Success Manager.
