Two of my toddlers are the same way and we do give them their “gummies” at night. Basically a D3 gummy, omegas, and a multi. My 2yo just started to take the toddler multi too. We also do Orgain shakes twice a day for the 3yo and 3x for the 2yo.
I do Mary Ruth’s multivitamin, zinc, and iron for my 3 year old. I’ve also used the llama mama vitamins.
I do but mostly because my toddler likes gummies and I figured I might as well give a gummy vitamin as a morning potty bribe (he gets it for sitting on the potty after breakfast and trying). Smoothies and veggie based pasta sauces and soups (I use ai to come up with recipes with what I have on hand) are a nice way to sneak nutrition in.
