Crash due to her driving experience or genuine accident which is not of her fault? Either way safety and support is needed now. Not punishment
Unless you're also her dad and she's 15 and on a learner's permit, this convo isn't going to go well for you
If you are also her Dad and she is 15 there are more pressing matters to attend to
OP: I think it would depend on her driving history as a whole, and then separately the cause for the recent crash. Most people out there have been in a crash, and the vast majority got a ticket at one point or another during their lifetime. Lord knows I had my share of both. Thankfully, no one ever took away my license. She can take additional courses for safe driving, especially with instructors that can explain common courtesy behavior between drivers (progressively a lost art these days).
In general, your question is not very clear on whether you are asking as a husband who wants to take away his wife’s privileges to drive a shared vehicle, or a husband who is asking regarding legal ramifications associated with the judge who might suspend or revoke her license.
