Need advice. I received an 22 LPA offer + offer letter from Dexian, but declined by sharing an email after getting a remote 25 LPA offer. Later, Dexian came back with 38 LPA fixed and shared only an LOI + salary structure, saying the actual offer letter will be given on joining day. I’m concerned about the sudden hike, no formal offer before joining, and possible project/bench dependency. Is this normal or risky? I am scared of the bench policy(30 days)
