they offered 27% hike saying internal bands which is not doable in mumbai, trust me.
Before initiating interview they said will go 24 lpa max .
I spoke about 27-28 LPA Considering relocation to Mumbai n immediately available+ good feedback from interviewer and ready to accept and close this.
How much room is actually there beyond this? ItsLTM.

What do you do when a store manager let's a cashier.walk all over the assistant manager? Dm isn't any help. I'm at my wits end! Store manager sticks up for cashier every single time. Would it be hard to get a exp associate role in advisory at a B4 as someone with about 10 months in audit at EY, 7 months experience in corporate accounting at a F300 and CPA? Hated my time at the F300 but had thought the grass would be greener in industry. I’m starting a financial analyst position at a major hospital system in my area soon and want to stick with that for a couple years before making a transition but was curious if I just don’t have the right experience for a role in advisory.

I have been working with Walmart for the past 14 months and have recently got an offer from Blackrock for 45 LPA.
Considering the recession and US market scenario, help me understand if it will be a good move to join BlackRock OR should I continue with Walmart with the current compensation.

I just received an offer from CTS -16.45LPA
16 - Fixed & 45k variable component with 1Lakh joining bonus. I'm having 5.8 YOE working as Senior ACon with current CTC - 11lpa
I have cleared 2nd round(managerial) with TCS direct project recruitment and waiting for salary negotiation. I'm confused whether to join TCS now itself (which might be too soon to settle down) or go for CTS for next 2 years. Please suggest me. My priorities are Steady growth, Work life balance, Job security.
