Do any real estate lawyers out there know of/can direct me to a ROFO agreement to purchase commercial property? I’m working on one now (but using a ROFO to purchase equity interests as a basis) and would like to see what other people are doing. Finding a good one has been hard, as this kind of thing isn’t always required to be filed with the sec and every search I’ve done basically pulls up garbage. Also, are there any provisions you’d consider absolutely crucial from the owner’s side?

When it comes to stocks , I am investing in index funds with 8-10 years strategy . The typical index funds make 8-10% annually . However , when I live at MSFT , Apple they have increased 350% in last 5 years . What stocks should I invest with at least 5 years in mind ? Something safe but with returns better than index funds. I know there are real estate transaction firms, estate firms, and corporate transaction firms...but i guess from being in the PI world so long (only 4 years) i do not even know what type of firms could possible encompass most or all types of the areas i want to be. Do firms typically share closing binders on M&A deals? Putting one together and an associate on the other side offered to share theirs whenever I asked for a particular document that I was missing. Is it an insult that I had to get them to give me theirs?
