Never in my life has it been this hard to find a job. When I share with people in my circle, they are constantly telling me my portfolio is what will land me my job. As a writer, there's only so much I can do to make my portfolio stunning. How are the other writers on this bowl finding jobs, and what exactly are you doing to make your portfolio stand out??

I got 2 offers one from HCL and another from LTIMindtree. I want to join HCL but they are yet to release offer letter but has given confirmation over mail.

For LTIMindtree I have received the offer letter and yet to accept the same, but they are soon staring background verification for onboarding as soon as I accept the offer letter.

In this case what to do pls suggest.

My only limitation are the need to sustain a life and time
