What exit opportunities are available for a financials implementation specialist with about a year and half of experience? I’ve decided that I no longer want to work in Oracle for a variety of reasons, but mostly the lack of good training options while still expecting me to get certifications are really driving me to find something else.

So I have few question( Please answer these questions are asked by most of the freshies)
1) After document submission , How much time do they take to release offer letter for freshers ? Its been month for me not received till now
2) How is growth opportunities for fresher member technical.
3) Is there any relocation reimbursement (or any other benefits)
4)Is there free food available
5) will they give macbook to fresher or which laptop

Does anyone or know of any finance professionals that have exited to go work in the music industry or entertainment? I studied Econ/Finance and Music (songwriting) in college so I’ve always been interested to see if there’s a possible transition over to the music industry later on. I really enjoy finance and banking but a part of me wants to know if the music business/clients/development is a possible exit opportunity when I’m older and have put in my time in finance. Thanks!

I’ve been approached my by company that one of our large clients (who im currently project managing for) is looking for a consultant of sorts, and if they hire us, I’d be the first person asked to take on this consultant role. This isn’t something my company typically offers and would greatly change the scope of my role. Has anyone ever taken on a role like this? I have been selected at citi but HR is unable to release offer letter. This is because I have worked for citi as contractor or consultant in past but I don't remember my SP ID or GP ID which Citi provides to its temporary employees. HR is checking my SP ID or GP ID which was allocated to me in the past but I don't recall it is. HR is checking this with US team and this process is taking time.
