I'm currently in the process of looking for new work. I've scaled it to be around 6-8 months before I can leave. I have so many projects on me and never enough coverage to even take a weeks pto. I feel immense guilt if I put in two weeks and call it quits. Yet I have people booking me months in advance for work, without consideration if I'm doing okay. My pto is always maxed out and I'm burned out. I love the work that I do just not my company's treatment of its employees.

So depressed.... finished our partnership return ...bad enough seeing we are going to write a six figure check but knowing that we don't get the QBI tax break next year really hurts
