I am an incoming Associate at Strategy& Dubai office. I am a bit worried right now and wanted to know whether Strategy& will be honouring the full time offers? Is the firm doing well?

To those at V25 firms, how do you view your London office in terms of the quality of work we get and overall importance to the firm? Like is there a perception of us being a step down or ancillary to the big leagues of NYC or not? There’s generally a perception here that L&W and K&E are the only US firms where London can even begin to compete with stateside in terms of generating l work organically but would be interesting to know what you all think? My current CTC is very low, 4.77lpa. Got 10% for September cycle.
1) when is the annual appraisal cycle, when we will get the hike letter? Approx hike %
2) will we get additional hike for sub-level change from 12.2 -> 12.1?
