16 team is brutal, especially for TE/QB (and RB depending where you draft). If we’re talking late round keeper strategy Watson is the best upside play at QB if you’re willing to sacrifice a bench spot this year (it’s a smash play if your league allows putting suspended players in an IR spot), honorable mentions for Trey Lance (heavily dependent on your league), Fields, Winston, maybe Tua, and Pickett as my dark horse candidate. RB I’d be looking at those top tier handcuffs that have the potential to take over the backfield this season or be traded in the offseason, mainly Mattison, Pollard, Rhamondre, maybe JRob, and I’d be willing to take a shot on James Cook, a competent pass catching back on that team could be lethal. WR there’s at least 20 1st/2nd year players who could explode, but its usually easier to find late round value at the position so it’s a less valuable keeper pick (opinion, not based on data). TE there’s not a lot of late round value, Kmet’s the last one I’d have any confidence in, after that idk I guess Njoku, Irv Smith, maybe a dart throw on Tonyan getting a Jordy Nelson-esque role, maybe Logan Thomas? He’s had a top 3 season and Wentz has a history of supporting TE’s

Is it the first year of the keeper league? What are the rules around keepers? How many? A lot of different factors would go into any advise given.

Would find later round guys (rookies) that you think might have good future in their teams and plan for those as keepers next year. Damon Pierce of Houston and George Pickens in Pit are a few that come to mind.
