Gave #livspace token amount, designer is extremely incapable. During initial discussion they hide lot of cost. Now for 2 bhk it around 9Lak earlier 6L. They changed lot of parts, with expensive ones without any discussion. Added elements like overlays, empanelling, ply backing which was not discussed during project site review or inital discussion.

How to deal with them, should we go tp consumer court as there policy says no hidden cost.
