Employer is 100% sponsoring MPH and decided to take it to further expand network and it's decent (T20). Wondering if Epidemiology or Healthcare Management would be a better concentration? Boutique or big 4?

I'm currently an ops manager at a big 4 in London and received an offer from a small boutique firm with 25-30% pay rise.

I'm also in the process with Accenture but I feel like I'm not sure if I'd jump just for the money but also change in environment.
What type of things would you be asking yourself if you were in my shoes and debating to jump ship?

As a junior/mid level employee, how do you balance leaving at a reasonable time (because all of your work is done) and managing the thoughts of those who are more senior and think you should stay late

Need help building an electric schedule for a production schedule with a Gantt chart style view (sort of)

Currently have an excel list with resource (production line), start date and time, and then also the name of the item being produced.

Any ideas how to tackle this??

I’m thinking a stacked bar chart with the vertical categories to be my resources and horizontal the date/time and then each individual bar to be the name of the item being produced.

Senior engineer making 135k and I was offered a promotion to engineering manager after completing a development plan. Near the end of the plan and I expect compensation talks to start soon. Based on some research around Boston and my role in the company, I feel 165k plus 10-15% bonus is fair. Nonetheless, first time going through something like this and asking for thoughts and comments. Why would a luxury watch brand make/sell connected or smart watches? What is the business reason for it? To me it just kills the brand value. For instance I was a big fan of Montblanc but after I see their smart watch line up I instantly devalued the brand in general. Same for Tag (tag is questionable anyways), or Breitling. What is your opinion on this topic?
