Hi Fishes, I grabbed an offer at Accenture with 12 LPA fixed for Level 9. I'm not getting a retention offer from my current company at 13.5 lpa. How do I go about a counter offer with Accenture HR? Also tell me how to approach this situation smoothly.
If HR doesn't fulfill the counter offer, is it ok to accept 12 lpa fixed for Level 9 and when will I get a hike here and how much would it be approximately?

I have recently joined EY SaT group as senior consultant recently in Netherlands. I’m tripple masters in MS economics, MBA and MS business analytics. Have 4 YOE in different industries but no M&A experience specifically. Any ideas what company should be offering me? I’ll be working as expert on commercial due diligence, FDD and valuation teams and doing automation alongside. is it wise to demand higher salary or promotion soon after I have proven that I can work and do it better than most?EY

Is it different / more interesting or just a raise?
What do you like most about your current job? What are the reasons you want a change? What are your long term goals? Knowing what makes work enjoyable for you is key. For example I love working on projects. I hate it when my job is the same every day. I like working on high pressure items with deadlines. I know other people that are the opposite and want to become an expert in a topic and do similar work everyday. Some people like o lead others and some are best as individual contributors. Thank you!!

Also slightly hesitant in the current environment but my area of business I work is seems v sturdy
