Boutique or big 4?

I'm currently an ops manager at a big 4 in London and received an offer from a small boutique firm with 25-30% pay rise.

I'm also in the process with Accenture but I feel like I'm not sure if I'd jump just for the money but also change in environment.
What type of things would you be asking yourself if you were in my shoes and debating to jump ship?

Has anyone faced a situation like me that HR not responding for call or email and not giving right information when asked and no clear salary discussion from Wipro.
I see a lot of discrepancies with letter of intent from Wipro..
Like joining location is different, salary was given too less than expected Salary...
I've not accepted or rejected the letter of intent but I've emailed the HR asking to make changes in the letter to resend... Is everyone facing the same situation ??

I have been a practicing (patent prosecution) lawyer in different firms for about 20 years. I would love to do something more creative but still techie (computers, telecom, apps, etc.). I've always been interested in improving the software that practicing lawyers use (whether patent-specific or not). Does great depth and specialization outweigh the value of a highly respected generalist degree?
