Is it worth asking for a pay raise if you know you are leaving the firm soon? Coming up on my one year at a firm. I'm already significantly underpaid, however, they are a smallish firm (15-20 attorneys) and it's insurance work. I'm already on the hunt for a new job and plan to leave within 2-4 months.
