Then book it towards the end of month cover for current month and next month in one go. This way just staying for 3 nights at Gurgaon will give you WoW compliance for 2 months. For perspective, you will need to do this only 6 times in a year and you will be good. This will save travel cost as you are covering 2 months in one go, Moreoevr you may consider sharing it with someone else who also follows similar setup and your accommodation charges will reduce by 50%

New in TCS but couldn't understand PF procedure and it's deduction from salary.
I am paying PF of amount 2040 getting deducted 2 times from my salary 1st according to CTC and after salary is getting credited then again same amount is deducted, so my question is this correct.
CTC is: PF+ 76185
Salary is: 76185-PF.
PF: 2040 so it's getting deducted 2 times same amount every month. Before salary is paid and after.

I love my job and have been doing it for years. My Principal is good to me as well! The problem is...the Paraprofessionals at my school are never recognized. You have Teachers Day, Secretaries Day, Principal's Day, etc. Paraprofessional Day comes and goes at my school every year with nothing mentioned to us. Paraprofessionals in my department (Sped) wear many hats on certain days and work extremely hard (mentally/physical)! Does anyone else get this treatment?
