I am looking to buy a flat in Wagholi (Not upper Kharadi) Pune, little beyond Wageshwar temple at 85lakhs.

I have these doubt:
1. Should I hustle n upgrade to Kharadi by paying a premium of additional 40-50 lakhs, keeping in mind my family's surrounding will be little better.
2. Or get a flat in Wagholi and stay in my comfort zone.

Why did Toronto (or Canada?) change the exit signs from the classic red EXIT sign to the green running man? Wouldn’t it confuse more people especially elders in finding the exit?

Industry vets - in your experience how recession proof is insurance? I was not yet in the job market last recession but I watched my mom get laid off and struggle to find employment during that time for the next 1.5 years. I interviewed with capgemini for SAP ABAP role and my YOE is 4 years. Just 2 hours after my interview, I got a call from someone at Capgemini saying that I am selected.
They just asked my notice period and current location.I asked them, what is the next round going to be and they said that it is going to be salary discussion. But till now, no one has reached out to me.
Does it mean they got another candidate for same job?
If they get back to me, how much should I ask?
