Okay hear me out... What if we did a state of the workplace speech? Like, the manager of the dept has to stand up and tell everyone in the most awkward way how things are going. Would whoever gave that speech get cheered, heckled, or booed? 😂 They could drone on in detail about how we've never been better at maximizing shareholder value. What would you say if you had to give a "State of the Workplace" speech?
