Hey!
I don’t think that it’s a deterrent that you’ve been with the same company out of college. A common problem that I see is that hiring managers like to see clear progression in either responsibility or results produced. For bullet points under each role, a template like (action verb) + (task or project) + (action) + (result) can really help to showcase what you have accomplished in each role. Hiring managers that I’ve worked with spend less than a minute looking over a resume so numbers and percentages really stick out when selecting candidates to interview. I hoped this helped!

Apply to more places at least a couple a day, tailor your resume to fit the role of the company your applying for, and take rejections with stride.
