One of the team members I manage has more experience (he has 9 years, I have 7) and I’ve been noticing some manipulative behavior from him recently(after he came in my hierarchy.
For instance, when I recently gave him feedback on things that weren’t done correctly and shared my expectations, he responded with, “Aap itna hyper kyun ho jaati hain har baat pe?”

While the comment may not seem severe, I found it disrespectful and subtly sexist.
What would you suggest I do in this situation?

One of the company asked if i could join as early as in 1.5/2 months where I have 3 months NP and haven't put papers yet .. i asked one of my senior in my team about this who's already resigning...and she has told about this to the entire team 😶. I realise it's my mistake asking her :p
Now that I'm not hearing back from the company which I gave interview and my environment at current project is a mess atm...Should I just put papers or bear with it till I fine another one..??
