Have final round interviews at BCG tomorrow. I'm at S& right now at the SA level. Father had a sudden health issue come up this week and it's got me off my game. I'll ultimately need to support him financially for at least a year while he recovers. Not complaining, but has me considering just dropping out of the interview process. Is that crazy? What is the drug culture like at your office? I assume people don’t openly talk about what they do in their free time if illicit, but they may do so quietly or you can otherwise tell.
Do you get the impression many people do them? If so, soft drugs (ex - weed)? Hard drugs? Non-prescribed study drugs? Frequency? At work-sponsored social functions? To an extent that it’s noticeable/problematic?

I understand that in most cases folks with <2 YOE will join with the same title as UG campus hires. How many YOE (or months of experience) will qualify you for a higher pay band (compared to campus hires)?

The answers might vary across firms and I’d appreciate if you can specify which one you are referring to - TIA!
