Anyone from Ontario. I have had 4 transfer so far with no success . Waiting for my fifth transfer.
I am planning to ask my family doctor for short term disability. Without knowing the actual date when the transfer would be and if I would be able to do the transfer because I am doing a natural cycle . how can I convey this to my manager and make sure my team can manage without me when I am away.

There was one day recently when I woke up incredibly anxious (chest pain, racing thoughts, etc) and was unable to focus on work / wanted to curl up and go to sleep all day to stop feeling so anxious. I feel like my work timing, communication, and output suffered due to the high anxiety but i didn’t feel comfortable telling my managerwhy I was being slower / less accurate than usual. What is a good way to deal with situations like this?

I earned my degree in Human Resources Management about 4 years ago while working as an Corporate Relations Analyst. Did anyone else adopt the new Florida Wonders curriculum? We just adopted it this school year, and I teach 4th grade. My team and I have not found a good flow, schedule, or whatever you want to call it. We feel like it teaches too many skills in one lesson, and we are not able to truly teach anything “deep” enough for students to master. Does anyone have any insight? What do you do? Just discovered 90DF and completed my first season (s6) and then Happily Ever After. Some thoughts:
- Began as anti-Larissa but Colt basically wants to keep her as a hostage sex kitten under threat of calling cops if she doesn’t fall in line
- Jon and Fernanda - could’ve been a legit couple, had high hopes for them
- (Tr)Ashley - thoroughly unlikeable, doing it for social media likes
- Andrei is on the slope to domestic abuse
- Azan and Nicole - LOL that is a sham marriage if I ever saw one

Update: In his IG stories, Paul states that Karine has filed a restraining order preventing him from contacting her or Pierre. On IG, he also posted what looks to be Karine’s statement to the police. The statement does have explicit descriptions of DV/SV and may be triggering, so I did not include it here but you can easily find it on his account if wanted.
