CFP study programs:

I'm a little confused on Danko - does he offer a self-study option for the coursework requirement? On his website it looks like each module has a 4-day virtual class which I wouldn't be able to attend due to working full time. Does this program also include self-study material, and the classes are just supplementary/optional? I was also looking at Dalton for self-study and Danko for test prep. Thoughts?

Hello all! So I’m currently a Realtor in LA. Prior to being a Realtor, I was a store manager for a luxury store in Beverly Hills. I was kind of forced to get out of retail when the pandemic hit so my only option at the time was to jump in to real estate as I already had my license. This is one of my favorite couples from the show. While Steven was quite immature during the show, it seemed like he was just young and wanted to be a good dad. They've been together as a family for a while now, he has taken up yoga to manage his temper issues, she has a career on the side as a photographer and they seem happy. I hope their social media is a true representation of their lives and I hope they are truly happy together with their little son 😊
