People say to tailor/tweak your resume for the job your applying for. But what happens when you do get the job and your tweak resume doesn't show every job Ora date/year was off. The company does their own Background check! So your not sure what they will see! So, it's not the types of background where you are filling in the pertinent information.

In general, how long it will take for approval of offer letter and get it released?
