Does @Thoughtworks provide M1 mac pro or Intel Mac pro? Any option to request for M1?

Working with a non profit in my magic time and our volunteers work in Google Sheets - trying to help them make a spreadsheet more user friendly and freeze some columns, but it keeps shortening the width of the most important column in the frozen section so you can’t see it all, which defeats the purpose. Folks, one doubt..... I was hired as a senior consultant in dec 2021. I did not nominated for grade change till now. Will they automatically consider me for grade change or do I have to expicitely talk about it with PC ? Also if grade is changed, how is the impact on salary considering the parity check ? I recently joined TW some months back and I dont know why I think have made a wrong choice for myself. I am feeling like I am lost. I am not able to fit in in this high expectations environment. I am used to working in a place where we always worked by taking help from others and here it is sort of assumed that we would be knowing everything right from day 1. Also there is no pairing in my project. Any suggestions on what should be done would be welcome.
