Yes going to office is necessary...atleast once a week. Also now at this condition it's difficult to get offer with 90days NP, u have to put resignation and then try.
If you're super confident on your skillset and can crack an offer in 1 or 2 interviews, you can put your resignation. Else, DON'T EVEN THINK OF RESIGNATION UNTIL YOU GET AN OFFER.
Market is not so stable, give a try by informing recruiters that you're serving notice and you can join in 30 days. Observe how many calls you're getting in a week time and how many are converting to interview stage and then decide about resignation.
The problem is with 90 days notice period. With that, no one would even consider for interviews. Any suggestions?
