Since you are experienced now I would suggest go for Salesforce it is product base company they will nurture you and give you enough time to learn new technology. In service base industry its all chaos and client is the priority. Employees are the last priority for them.

Globant

I can see the fixed package is great and the role SME is also unique.

I have been here for over the last 3 years. And would always recommend Globant for Salesforce. Immense growth opportunities.

My tech is Mulesoft. I heard that Globant has not provided any hike for the last 2 years. Also most of the projects are short term.

Go with Globant. Don’t know why they are talking about increment. It was delayed but delivered.

If you call 1 to 3 % is increment then it is not delivered

Yoe ?

Or any advice for a short term solution?

Hi All,
I am feeling lost in job. So I’ve applied for Accounts payable they offered 40k. I said why not to gain some experience. I didn’t even bother negotiating which I regret.
Fast forward I noticed that I was eventually handed everyone’s workload (AR & imports & duty and check coworker work + AP) Spoke to them about pay increase based on workload. So they raised it to 55k.. but I still feel underpaid based on the amt of work I do. I don’t know what my title or what to put on resume..

I am a graduating student who just got offered 65k for a solution analyst role at Deloitte USDC (Data Engineering Focus). From reading previous posts it seems to be a lot of negative thoughts surrounding the USDC, but straight out of college is this a good opportunity?

I'm looking to gain as much experience as possible out of college in an IT role and wondering what exit opportunities may be in place a year or two down the road if there is little/slow progression.

Any Advice?

Any United health group remote employees here? I recently accepted an accounting job and some of the onboard makes it seem like I’m only allowed to work from my home office. I usually spend a few weeks a year out of town visiting family and work during this time so I don’t have to use PTO but I’m nervous I won’t be allowed to do that anymore
