Not to mention this workplace has some toxic people. I am feeling unhappy. But I’ve been applying for job just no luck.. In NYC by the way
I just don’t want to be jobless before I find another job. ):
Looking for suggestions for the following:
What should I put on my title for my resume?
Should I ask for a raise if so how much?
Or should i just quit and find a new job?
Or should I wait for someone to offer and then quit my job?

^ For these questions
1.) Don’t lie on this, just use your actual title. If you need a reference from this company, that would blow your cover on the title change. Just explain the additional duties in the description. You could negotiate a title change if you really want.
2.) Depends how long ago the last raise was
3.) No, don’t quit
4.) Start applying for new jobs and see what you can find. If you get a better written offer, then put in your two weeks.
You should put your actual title in your resume. It might be too early to quit without any backup plans. The best thing to do is to carry on with your job while looking for other opportunities. Then you can decide whether you want to move or not.
