Any United health group remote employees here? I recently accepted an accounting job and some of the onboard makes it seem like I’m only allowed to work from my home office. I usually spend a few weeks a year out of town visiting family and work during this time so I don’t have to use PTO but I’m nervous I won’t be allowed to do that anymore

I’m currently looking for a therapist with a specific focus due to a traumatic event and am only finding counselors that do not work with insurance and charge average $ 150/hour. I recently had an interview with BNY for an Analyst role located in DE. The interview went well and I was informed by the recruiter that the team was interested. They asked if I was willing to relocate immediately, and I told him that my decision would be best made if I see an offer. Do Leidos, SAIC, and other mostly-fed consulting businesses pay bonuses to all levels? If so, what does a typical bonus target look like? Booz Allen does not pay bonuses until you get to the Senior Associate level (1 step below Director) and I think that impacts employee performance and work ethic pretty dramatically. I’m wondering if not paying bonuses is common to federal contracting because of how the contracts or priced, or if this is something unique to Booz Allen.
