I am 4 year experience java developer CTC 7 Lpa, LWD - 18 march

I got one offer 15 LPA (13 fixed) joining date 9 march (I don't want to join)

one another company HR round done before this offer that time I told 11 LPA expected.

What can I do ? Can I take offer from them first and then I told another offer ? or they will not accept counter as date will be expire ?
