Need advice: I know ppl seem to be against robo advisors, but Schwab’s is no fee, just has a large cash allocation (7%). I can’t DIY individual stocks due to my job’s restrictions and I find it extremely unnerving to have the responsibility to pick my own ETFs and adjust according to market conditions. I’m investing $3k/month with a high risk tolerance and have a high income, so maybe the tax loss harvesting actually helps me? Should I just suck it up and DIY, keep Schwab, or try something else?

How many business days do you wait after an interview to follow up on next steps (if they decided to move forward)? Asking for a Deloitte position.

What’s a good role for someone who isn’t passionate about the corporate world but wants to live a certain quality of life? I was stressed and unfulfilled as a consultant so switched to an industry role (in the office of CIO, total comp is <$200k) and am now bored with the work and my much older coworkers. Am I destined to hate my job or have I not found the right one? Am in my late 20s without career goals or trajectory that excite me and considering grad school as a way to pivot

Merry Christmas, y'all.

Peeps, need some advice... my wife wants to do an MBA next year and she is 30. She currently earns ~140K in a tier 2 city and is experienced software engineer. She wants to grow at the interestsection of technology and business but debating if MBA is the best option (likely part time or executive). The ROI is kinda hard to justify given she already earns well and has decent potential without an MBA. Any suggestions. FYI, I myself am a T7 MBA grad but did it much earlier in my career

For people who came to google on H-1Bs, when did the legal immigration team tell you it was okay to turn in your two weeks notice? Once you get approval? Once they file?

Turning 30 and just feel like I’m getting dumber. I am a smart person (at least relatively) and work at MBB but lately I just feel as though I have not been as sharp as I normally am. I spent the last week drinking and going out till 3am every night (NYC) so that doesn’t help but are there any tips to regain my form and just become smarter?

Curious if anyone works at Fifth Third Bank? Interviewing for a principal risk position but don’t know of anyone personally that has worked for the company. I feel like they are low balling with a possible offer of 120k and the position reports directly to CIO. Thoughts?. Fifth Third Bank

Hi All,

Please suggest me how to negotiate in the below scenario:

Company Y is offering 4L more than company X. But I like company X. When I renegotiate with company X 's HR, definitely she won't agree and she will tell like they don't have that much budget.
But I am ok if they provide 3L hike from the current offer they provided.
Please tell me how to negotiate
