Have you ever shut down a project after verbally agreeing to do it, but before they sign the contract? I’m really torn, the project manager has been a nightmare and we’re on day two.

I have cleared interview with Wipro a month ago and after 15 days I received a simple mail from HR saying you are selected.

Since that day, there is no communication from HR team of Wipro . I tired of sending multiple emails and when I tried to call he always declines my call.

Between director of respected technology is reaching me and he wants me to join ASAP and take over the project work.

What should I do now?

Any thoughts on the best certifications to get in order to help move forward? I have considered the CCP from World at Work, but it’s fairly pricey to get by the time you wrap up everything. I was looking at both SHRM-CP and SPHR. Everyone that I have spoken to has the SHRM, but that’s also only looking at individuals in a small geographic footprint and within 3-4 different companies. Dear fishes, After working in Autosar(CAN/FR/OS) configuration for 4 years, I wanted to switch domain to device drivers. So I bought a STM board. Joined some udemy courses. Learnt SPI/I2C/NVIC/exception handling and FREERTOS/OS. Now I want to apply to companies like Nvidia Texas Instruments Qualcomm NXP Without any prior experience I am a bit nervous as people say the interviews would be very difficult in these.

Please help with embedded and prog ques for these interviews.

Skills include baremetal and RTOS based embedded firmware , schematics, pcb design and requirements analysis in instrumentation and IOT domains I have experience leading junior engineers, writing techno commercial proposals and some project management.

Current designation : Module lead
Current CTC : 16.5 lpa

My YoE is 2 y 1 mo. Worked on Firmware Development and Linux Driver Development. Have good knowledge on OS internals. I've attended an 2 Technical rounds at Qualcomm and then HR called me to say that I'm selected. I have to send her my Current and Expected CTC and answers to few other HR round questions now on mail.
My current CTC is 3.6 LPA. How much can I expect?
