Hi! I’ve been approached by Securonix for a Sales Director role in NA. I know the field and their competitors. The pay is good but I’ve seen a handful of websites with employee rating that is really bad. Each site has roughly 10 reviews but most are negative. I’m getting put up for manager a year early. I have PPMD ,SM, and M support. Pretty much support from all the key individuals on my team and in my service line. Since it is a year early if i don’t get promoted this round I know it’ll come mid year but I do expect a good salary increase still without the promo. Virtusa purposely gave me offer one night before LWD on the name of approvals and I didnt get time to revise other lower offers of
1. Wipro - 15 lpa (13.5 lac fix + 1.5 lac var)
2. TCS - 18 lpa (16.2 fix + 1.8 var)
3. UBS - 18 lpa fix (No var).. not considered due to support proj

I have a new employee that started last Monday, unfortunately it’s not going to work out. Long story, but we’re fairly certain the individual is using Meth and appears to have started/restarted fairly recently. I work with physicians, so it’s a consensus. Hello, I need your advice. I am currently in management in primary care. I have a strong management background in specialty hospital practice management. Recently some leadership positions have become available and I feel as if my leader has discouraged me from applying. His take is that I should take certain steps before applying, however I have the experience from my previous employment in this leadership role. Would I be overstepping to apply anyways ?

Seeking ideas for boosting morale in an office. What activities or rituals do you implement that are appreciated by your staff? We do lunch almost once a month and even that feels forced. Some staff don’t interact with others because they are just introverted (not for any other reason). The team seems to open up when we play ice breaker questions but I’m losing my creativity with interesting questions. Looking for more ideas.
