Quick help!
HR informed me that my earned leaves can be adjusted against my notice period shortfall, but I won’t receive salary for those adjusted days.
For example,
LWD as per policy - 30th November
Adjusted LWD - 31st October (Need leave for personal milestone)
DOJ at new company - 1st December

In this case, I won’t be paid for 30 days of November even though I’m using earned leaves. Is this generally correct or does it vary by company policy?

I have been offered a position on Senior Consultant/ Deputy Manager at Deloitte India for 4.5 years of exp.

Is this position/role normal for years of experience I hold?

How many days Deloitte India takes to release offer letter. I tried to contact HR she said that they are trying to get approvals and it is in progress. It's been a week that i have uploaded my docs.

All the reimbursement and other stuff which goes to partner for approval , does partner actually sits and review all those and approves it or does he have any secretary or assistant to approve all that.

Currently 4 expenses(1 internet, 2 Cab, 1 Flight) which are awaiting partners approval and I am really concerned if he's gonna come shouting at me 😂

Hey fishes. I have been offered Management Consultant role with CTC break up in terms of JB, RB, fixed and variable. So is the fixed amount my gross salary without any other deduction except TDS, or will the organisation contribution to PF be also deducted from the fixed component? Also, will claimable components like LTA, mobile bill reimbursement etc. be in addition to this fixed component or will they be included in it?

Offer from another MNC: 18.9 fixed
