I need a financial miracle to afford my postgraduate degree. I have 6 months until the first bill. Experts on this sub, is there a crypto Hail Mary I should look into?

I’ve been doing some reading around Crypto but don’t currently hold any positions.

Sanity check. I like a nice lifestyle. Currently make 350-550k with bonus. 53 years old. About 400k in brokerage. Another 1.9million in retirement accounts. House worth 1.2 million with loan of 625k. For retirement pension will be $2400 per mo which goes to my wife if I die for life. Another 3800k Per month estimated from Social Security. I plan on working another 10 years or so maybe less once the kids graduate college. I am this will be out in 2024. What should I be doing or thinking about?

Regarding the WSJ article.. Can anyone in PE explain why any pension fund would be interested in buying single family homes? Extremely illiquid, historically follows inflation.... Do they think Texas will go the way of CA? Ie/ zoning and artificial cost inflation due to supply constraints by the govt?
