How hard to switch back to public accounting (i.e. tax) from industry?

If “my” LinkedIn rep passes me to a different LinkedIn rep and avoids my requests for in person meetings one more time.....

Any advice on quitting without a two week notice? I’m at a regional boutique and we’ve had 3/4 of our other analysts leave and I’ve had to pick up the slack with no comp increase. I’m absolutely done and do not want to give a notice. My associate or VP who left earlier this year can be used as a reference so I’m not worried about that. Is there anything else I should make sure of before I leave?

Wwyd? I switched to industry working for a director who seems to be hierarchical driven. For example, if I need info from a director in another group, he will insist on reaching out to them & cc’ing me. This doesn’t seem to occur with my peers & their directors in other groups. It’s frustrating going from an environment where folks of all levels are encouraged to partner & speak directly to executives to get their work done, to this environment. Has anyone overcome this? How?

Moms of fishbowl - what is the best bottle warmer and sterilizer? I’m due in February, planning to do a combination of breast milk and formula (to ensure baby gets all his nutrients one way or another). We bought the baby brezza advanced with WiFi for formula, so more focused on a warmer + sterilizer combo thatll work for breast milk (and specifically thawing breast milk too). I have left with salary negotiation round with HR at kpmg, current package 14.7( 12 fixed + 2.7variable) in current company
If i wl leave now i am loosing 2.7 lakh variable pay of this year + 10-15 % annual hike which i will be getting in this financial end.
How much should I ask from kpmg HR?
What all possible points should i keep on table to negotiate the package ? May suggest few points.
