I have got an offer of CTC 23.25LPA +JB +RSU in Blore. And I have also got an international offer of CTC € 70000 + relocation sponsorship in a mid sized firm in Vienna, Austria.

My wife works with a CTC of 15LPA in Blore.

I am in dilemma about the option that is most suitable for me as my wife would have to quit her current job and relocate and then find another job. Is it a profitable deal to relocate to Austria?

Hi, I’m a Canadian PR holder currently in the US. Trying to make the move to Toronto in the new few months. I see positions at Deloitte that I think are a good fit but applying online without a referral appears to be going into a black hole. Is there anyone on here I connect with to understand more about Deloitte’s hiring process? (Recruiters I can reach out to, people willing to give referrals etc)? Would be very grateful! As an experienced, SHRM certified HRBP , I would just like some feedback on your opinion of the differences in the roles between an HRBP an HR Manager besides the obvious that the manager should have direct reports. I am an HRBP and work in step with 3 HRM’s. They all 3 just got out of cycle raises of between 5-20% 😳 and I received nothing. I am quite aware of our HR code that salary is confidential but I was told about this. Would you be looking for other employment? Or stay?
