True. We don’t usually warm up, we just play. I was volunteered to play libero during 4’s last night. Hopefully, I get some good swings tonight.

On my teams (and in my leagues), it usually works out that women set and men hit. Even when the men and women are generally the same height. Only exception I've seen is when the woman is a known quantity (5' 10" or up or played in college). Even club coaches aren't hitting. Not saying it's right, it's just how it is.

Fair. None of my leagues warm up. We play best of 3. It seems most players aren’t used to a lefty that can swing OH/OPPO and get an easy kill. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I’ll keep passing 3’s and giving assists. It’s chill.

How much is it okay to ask for Senior Customer Success Manager base pay + bonus etc?

Currently going to school for my cannabis certification but I rarely see any jobs that offer cannabis research. I currently work in a lab/greenhouse environment and would love to continue that line of work with hemp/cannabis. Yet again no luck whatsoever, just finding jobs as budtenders or running a dispensary. Does anyone know where I can find research-based cannabis jobs? I have a degree in horticulture with lab experience.

Currently playing on a social sand league once a week. We have a couple crappy players and a couple decent players. Funny how the crappy players are SUPER competitive/critical of every point, but every time *they* miss a hit was an “impossible shot” and “no way they could return it” 😂 trying to coach without being rude is a fine line! 🤷🏼‍♀️ it’s still fun and gets me thru the week!
