It included a 2-year lock-in, monthly salary deductions refundable only after completion, a 3-month notice period plus a buyout if leaving early, and a penalty for not joining after signing. They also wouldn't share the agreement before signing. Is this standard here? Has anyone worked under these terms, and how was your experience?
