You tell them when you give your 2 weeks notice
Agreed with PwC 1. Wait until 2 weeks. Anything can happen before then. Also, I'd wait till 1 Jan to be safe to not mess with your 30 mo experience. FYI, if you leave on the first of the month, you'll have your insurance for the rest of the month.
It’s called “two weeks notice” not “eight months notice"
What is the significance of the 30 months worth of experience? To answer your question - just give two weeks maybe three if you’re feeling generous.
30 months is the one that u can get cpa title in canada. Which mean I dont have to pay back tuition
Agree to wait until Jan 1 because some firms tell you just to leave once you give your 2 weeks
Would you be leaving right before busy season though assuming you’re in audit? If so quitting in December and only giving two weeks notice will probably burn some bridges...
You will hurt your team leaving in December. You should talk to your coach about your goals
More detail: It is critical to me to be utilized until december well, so that i can get 30 months experience. So I dont wanna tell the manager too early enough, cuz they would avoid someone who is gonna leave the firm. Any tip?
Dont worry about it this far in advance. Just tell them at 2 weeks
